1. You CANNOT sell or give away the "private label rights" to any or all of these tip articles or any information products that you create with these tip articles. That means you CANNOT sell or giveaway the reeditable, retitle, rebrandable, repackaging, reauthor and rewriteable rights.

2. You CANNOT repackage two or more of these tip articles together to sell or giveaway (in any form) that allows other people to use the tip articles on their web sites, emails, blogs, directories, etc. 

3. You CANNOT use these articles in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM. 

4. You CANNOT add my name, business name or any other of my business or personal information to the tip articles. They are for your own use not mine.

5. You CANNOT claim copyright to any of the articles or the information products you create unless substantial changes are made that legally separate the original tip articles with your own reedited/rewritten information.

Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license.  

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not  discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Larry Dotson and L.D. Publishing.
