1. The minimum suggested selling price for each product is $37.00. I cannot legally force you to comply with these prices, but I would hope that you will respect my wishes in order to maintain a pleasant relationship. License holders will be expected, albeit not forced, to sell each product for at least $37.

2. You MAY package the three products with other products that you sell as an incentive to buy your other products. The package deal should be at least $37.00. 3. You MAY NOT change or edit the sales letter templates in anyway without permission from Larry Dotson - L.D. Publishing.

4. You MAY NOT alter the content of the three products in anyway without full permission from the publisher Larry Dotson - L.D. Publishing.

5. You MAY NOT authorize other people to sell the three products. You can't grant resell rights to others.  If your customers want to sell the three products, then they must buy a license directly from me. You may sell the 3 products, but not resell rights.

6. You MAY NOT give the three products away. This is a violation of the copyright.

7. You MAY NOT market the three products in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

8. You MUST setup the three products for order processing on your own webpage. Please DO NOT send any of your customers to MY download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there.

9. You MAY NOT sell the three products at any online auctions. It must be sold from your own website.

10. You MAY NOT sell the three products if you ask for a refund. Your resell license will become null and void.

11. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion  of Larry Dotson and L.D. Publishing.
